Lat. Long: 42º 41’ 55” N;  90º 55’ 35” W
Habitat: Sandy and gravelly ground on N side of railroad.  1 meter patch on bank next to railroad. Flowers white, campanulate, ca. 1.5 cm in diameter when fresh. First record for Wisconsin.
