Plant: erect, perennial, 3'-9' tall forb; mostly smooth stems not angled
Flower: head white to cream, cylindrical; inflorescence a 4 1/2" wide flat-topped umbel; blooms July-Sept.
Leaf:rounded-triangular shape, pale and smooth beneath, veins palmately-arranged on the larger leaves
Habitat: full to partial sun; prairies, woods; in sandy, loamy soil
